Violence, child abuse, harassment, bullying in all of its forms continue to be unfortunate realities of today's society.  This is especially true for more vulnerable populations of children and young people (e.g. multi-lingual, those living in single family households, those with disabilities, etc.) and is on the rise as populations age, too.  Work continues to be done to try and provide greater support and attention to these concerns.  Formal groups AND individuals (young and old) are getting involved.
